PAYMENT HELP
How do I purchase from CYMA?
Firstly, you will need to Register with us. Once you have done that, simply Log In to the CYMA shop or the 'BOOKING' page and click 'ADD' on the corresponding product or event. Your selection will then appear in your basket on the right hand side of the page.
Once you are happy with your selection, click on 'GO TO CHECKOUT' and follow the payment instructions.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We can currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, Maestro & Solo.
My credit card will not be accepted, what do I do?
In the first instance, make sure all your details are inputted correctly. If there is still no success, contact your card issuer to see if there any problems with the card. If all else fails, call CYMA on +44 (0)1963 220991 and we will do our best to help you.
I don’t want to pay online, can I make payment any other way?
You can pay over the phone by calling +44 (0)1963 220991 but we do ask that you register on the site first so that we can recall your details. At this time, the only other alternative to secure online and phone payment is by sending us a cheque. If you wish to pay via cheque then please call +44 (0)1963 220991 to discuss your payment requirements.
