Craniosacral Therapy for Midwives
Craniosacral Practitioner Training for Healthcare Professionals, Dorset, 2009 - 2010 The core theme of the programme is to develop a deep understanding of craniosacral therapy and its role in midwifery and post-natal care. This course is designed to explore these dynamics in greater detail and provide skills that will enable safe and effective treatment of a range of conditions that can be related to birth. The aim of the course is to train practitioners to be effective and safe in the use of craniosacral therapy and to offer a professional training that will enable them practice safely on both adults and babies. This course is also accredited with the Royal College of Midwives and is registered for career development loans. Most of the seminars are held at weekends with 4 four-day blocks during the 18 months of the course.
