Did you know that the word CYMA is derived from the ancient Greek word 'kuma' meaning both a wave of energy or a tide of water. Interestingly, it was also used by the Greeks to describe an embryo as well as the swelling of the mother during pregnancy. Our logo attempts to symbolise its different meanings.

As an organisation, CYMA is primarily involved in education and therapeutic approaches to health and healing through organising conferences and seminars, publishing, and running professional training courses in the Bowen Technique, Craniosacral Therapy and other healing modalities.
